Appointments can be set up via e-mail or over the phone. We prefer mid-day times between 10am and 3pm. We do understand that our clients also work for a living and can set up times outside of this if needed.
Green Side Up! does require a consultation fee for our appointments of $85.00 due upon arrival to your job site. This fee covers travel to the site (up to 30 minutes) and consultation time (up to 1 hour and 30 minutes). Longer times may result in additional fees.
All landscape designs require a fee. Cost to be determined based on the scope of your project ($500.00 minimum). Jason will return to your jobsite at a later time to take measurements and begin the design process. Please remember all plans are drawn by hand and rendered in color for ease of interpretation. This consumes a large amount of time which is very valuable.
The design fee for your project is due at the presentation meeting and the landscape plan will remain with the designer if the fee is not paid at that meeting. The fee is due regardless if you choose to use our plan or not. When you choose to use Green Side Up! to install your project, 50% of the design fee will be credited to the final invoice of your project.
